This Chigwell project began as two separate rooms: a dated ensuite and an adjoining dressing room, divided by a wall that no longer served the home. Structural work removed that wall, creating a single wetroom built around how the space is actually used. Luxury Versace tiling runs throughout, paired with a freestanding bath, a bespoke his and hers hanging vanity, and two feature niches finished with ambient lighting. Brushed brass fittings run through every fixture, from the shower to the vanity taps, tying the space together. The result sits beneath a sloped roofline, with a rooflight bringing natural daylight into a space that previously had none.
